So like I said.  I don’t know what it was, but I felt off… and I know I was off.  And yes, I realize that the name of the game is consistancy… so I guess I still have to spend more time behind the decks!!

I grew up with hip-hop, and I’ve always had a love for it. But lately, I don’t know… something’s been missing. I’m not a big fan of southern rap, which is dominating right now. Sure there are some exceptions, Ludacris and Outkast for example, but overall, hip-hop feels like it’s on a downward slope. For me, anyway…

Of course, every once in a while, there comes a track (and hopefully an album) from someone that just turns it around.  Now, I haven’t heard anything else from him recently, but Q-Tips new track just feels right!  I can’t get enough of it, and I hope the album that goes along with it is as good.

Anybody know which Memory Lapse it was last night?  lol   I’ve missed posting a few because of technical issues, and then I did that bonus one… oh well

Hope you guys enjoyed last night’s show.  We’ve gone international!!!  Got some cats from Colombia logging on and checking out the show.  Mi gente de Barranquilla… gracias por venir y pasar un rato con migo!

As everyone (EVERYONE) knows by now, tech moves at an incredibly high pace.  And there seems to be a lot of techies trying things out in the world of music (DS DJ, Touch Screens).

Well, althought this one still is a bit rough around the edges, it is easily the most HOLY CRAP tech demo I’ve seen recently.
