Florida based DJ Morex has asked a few DJs to make End of Year Mixes for his website. Â Make sure to check mine out HERE. Â If I’m not mistaken, I’m the only non-trance DJ asked to participate ð Â I had a lot of fun doing it, and if you’ve been listening to the show, I’m sure you’ll hear a lot of familiar tracks.
Happy New Year, everyone!!!!
Brand new mix CD by yours truly!! As the name implies, this is late night music;  this is “I can’t believe I’m still out” music!!  I tiptoed on the weird line without going over so as to introduce people to this sound.  Not much else to say other than I really enjoyed making this CD and was surprised at all the techno I have ð
A couple of quick shouts: Â the901 (i’ll always appreciate it man!), eldanen, djMorex, msBS, and all my party people east, west, north, and south of me! ð Â PLUR

If you know what you are doing with CUE files (ie, burning to CD with tracks), the cue file can be downloaded here -> CUE for Do Not Play Before 4am.
A few nights ago I turned the camera on and just hung out with a few friends, spinning for about an hour and a half to get rid of some insomnia  ð  I didn’t record it for download, but if you go to the video player and hit On Demand -> Bonus Shows -> Goofing off 08.08.09 you’ll be able to stream it from this site  ð  Mostly a bunch of older stuff, house and trance, no electro.
Anyways, enjoy and see you on Wednesday!!
I had a lot of fun with last night’s show, even if I did have a glariningly aweful mistake with a loop.  Thus are the dangers of playing live  ð  But still, I had a very dry first hour which lead into a very emotive second!  I thought it transitioned very well.  Here it is, before the weekend has even started!!
Playlist:
There are a couple of Michael Jackson remixes in here, and they don’t necessarily flow 100% with the rest of the mix, but I couldn’t help myself. ð

I’m really really sorry everyone. Â I’m not going to be spinning tonight. Â Usually, I have no problem staying home and re-arranging plans for Wednesday nights, but I couldn’t convince Norman to move his show to tomorrow. Â Norman who? Why, Norman Cook, of course!!! Still not sure who that is? Â Maybe this will help…
Oh yeah, baby… Fatboy Slim!!! Â FBS is one of the first major non-trance DJs I started to follow… a long, long time ago. Â He’s doing his only East Coast performance tonight, so I’m going down for a night of idioticy! Â I saw him a few years ago down at Ultra, and it was the most intense, high-energy set I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing! Â Hopefully I’ll have some pics and video tomorrow! Â ð
In the meantime, make sure to hit up the podcast and subscribe.
I’m re-releasing my CD from a few months ago, The Many Shades of Night, for a few reasons. First of all, I never officially released it here on this site. Secondly, I’m setting up podcasting and wanted to try it out! ð
The Many Shades of Night is an example of the variety of electronic music and how we can be in love with it all. Â It doesn’t have to always be house… or trance… or whatever.
